My archive of slides (found and own footage) includes images of the city, landscape, portraits of family and friends, historical documents (medical, industrial, cultural archives) and abstract pictures capturing the elementary colours. From this material I try to elaborate a new visual language based on projection, film, installation and lecture presentation. Time and light are the primary material to construct these complex collages in which I create stories based both on cultural history and on my visual everyday life diary - allowing me to create links between these very different types of images. Interim (2011-ongoing) for example, is a table light box covered in slides. It creates an open narrative without hierarchy and order: abstract images, family pictures or landscapes were available to the audience who were able to play with them, defining, as they wanted, the composition. Never ending, in motion, interactive, spatial, working on the principle of addition, the display challenged the usual temporal system of story telling.
